How large is the Sunset Riverfront Event Center?

Our 4425 Square Foot Reception Hall comfortably accommodates up to 330 of your guests in our beautiful indoor hall with 14ft glass wall overlooking the river, while another 400 guests may be seated in our outdoor patio directly on the water.


What is included with venue rental at Sunset Riverfront Event Center?

Along with access to our newly remodeled Ballroom, bridal suite, Riverdeck and all other event spaces, the Sunset Riverfront Event Center includes everything you need such as tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, floral decorations, specialty lighting, and much, much more!

What are the timeframes for venue access?

For most events, venue access is 8a.m. to 1a.m., which includes setup and clean-up time after the event. However, additional time can be added as needed for a minimal fee.

All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event.


How far in advance should I book my event? How do I know if my date is available?

Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss availability for your event.


Do you require an appointment in order to tour the venue?

Yes, we do recommend that you make an appointment to take a private tour with a member of our SREC team to ensure privacy for our clients during events.

Does the Sunset Riverfront Event Center offer discount rates at certain times of the year?

Yes! We do offer discounted rates depending on how far in advance you book your event.

Short-term bookings at 90 days or less are eligible for special discounted rates. Events held on Mondays through Thursdays are considered off-peak days of the week and we offer special discount rates.
